CODE CHIRO: A Full Rebrand for a Chiropractic + Wellness Practice
Code Chiro (CODE) needed a full rebrand that broke away from the clinical, sterile look most chiropractic brands default to. I built a bold, high-contrast identity system — neon green against black and charcoal, with a hexagon-based "C" submark for favicon and secondary branding — then carried it through graphics, merch, printed documents, and event materials.
Code Chiro (CODE) is a movement-driven wellness brand founded by Dr. Mary Teague and Dr. Chad Teague, who believe that optimal health comes from the integration ofchiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and intentional movement.
The name CODE stands for —
Cultivate wellness
Optimize performance
Develop biomechanics
Enhance health.
As CODE expands into new locations and offerings, their mission remains the same: helping people move better, feel stronger, and live fully — because movement cures.
THE CHALLENGE
Chiropractic and wellness brands tend to look interchangeable — soft blues, generic wellness imagery, nothing memorable. Code Chiro wanted to look modern and confident instead, without losing the credibility a healthcare-adjacent practice needs.
WHAT WE DID
Full Rebrand: industry assessment and strategy, logo system, color palette, typography, etc.
Graphics: use for ongoing marketing
Merch and apparel
Printed documents
Event assets (signage, printed materials, tablecloth, etc.)
Ongoing support
BRAND PALETTE
BARBELL BLACK
VITAL WHITE
STABILIZE GRAY
CODE GREEN
CODE’s color palette is bold, focused, and intentionally minimal — designed to reflect movement, energy, and structure. Each color plays a distinct role in expressing the brand's personality, function, and experience.

THE RESULTS
CODE now has a distinctive, high-contrast identity that stands out immediately against the sea of soft, generic wellness branding — while the full system (down to the favicon) means the brand feels considered at every size and touchpoint, not just the logo
